Makcik Hajjah Sitt Al-Wuzara MENGAMUK!


Tergelak baca si murtad ni membebel tak tentu pasal. hahaha... makcik dah panas ke? Tunggulah je la Makcik. Mungkin makcik rasa kebal lantaran sikap lepas tangan agensi-agensi kerajaan yang berkaitan terhadap penulisan makcik yang terang-terangan boleh mencetuskan kekacauan di Malaysia. Tidak mengapa...Insya Allah kami masih mampu bersabar!

Namun harap makcik tunggu sahaja pembalasan sewajarnya yang akan makcik terima dari Allah. Tak perlulah marah kepada Ustazah Siti Norbahyah, atau kepada Gaysec yang mendedahkan identiti makcik, atau kepada JAKIM, PAS ataupun PEKIDA. Kami pasti hidup makcik tak tenang sekarang ni.

Tak kisahlah samada makcik ni Arlene Tan bte Khalid atau pun bukan kerana azab Allah pasti menimpa ke atas makcik serta sahabat yang bersama dalam perjuangan bodoh ini

    SECTION 298: Uttering words, etc., with deliberate intent to wound the religious feelings of any person

    SECTION 298. Whoever, with deliberate intention of wounding the religious feelings of any person, utters any word or makes any sound in the hearing of that person, or makes any gesture in the sight of that person, or places any object in the sight of that person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.


    SECTION 298A: Causing, etc., disharmony, disunity, or feelings of enmity, hatred or ill-will, or prejudicing, etc., the maintenance of harmony or unity, on grounds of religion

    SECTION 298A. (1) Whoever by words, either spoken or written, or by signs, or by visible representations, or by any act, activity or conduct, or by organizing, promoting or arranging, or assisting in organizing, promoting or arranging, any activity, or otherwise in any other manner

    (a) causes, or attempts to cause, or is likely to cause disharmony, disunity, or feelings of enmity, hatred or ill will; or

    (b) prejudices, or attempts to prejudice, or is likely to prejudice, the maintenance of harmony or unity, on grounds of religion, between persons or groups of persons professing the same or different religions, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than two years and not more than five years.


    SECTION 125: Waging war against any power in alliance with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong

    SECTION 125. Whoever whether in conjunction with the enemies of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong or otherwise wages war against the Government of any power in alliance or at peace with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong(Ketua Agama Islam), or attempts to wage such war, or abets the waging of such war, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, to which fine may be added; or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to twenty years, to which fine may be added, or with fine.

    SECTION 108. A person abets an offence who abets either the commission of an offence, or the commission of an act which would be an offence, if committed by a person capable by law of committing an offence with the same intention or knowledge as that of the abettor.
